Founder

Dr. (Cand) Antonius Cahyadi, S.H., LL.M.

More than 20 years working as an educator, Anton’s academic career began at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2001 and he has continued until now as part of his dedication to the development of the world of law. Apart from being an academic, he also practices as an advocate and legal consultant. Starting by advocating for legal and community causes, he studied to become a legal professional.

Setting up a law office is not only about personal professionalism but also about assembling and building collaborations with professionals with diverse talents. It was at that point that Anton realized that legal work was not a personal matter but rather a professional undertaking for the benefit of clients.

The legal and philosophical education he received at well-known universities both at home and abroad led him to view professional legal work as dignified humanitarian work.

His undergraduate education was completed at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia (and also studied at the Driyarkara College of Philosophy).

He obtained his Masters in Law at the Faculteit der Rechtsgeleerdheid Universiteit Utrecht. Currently he is pursuing his doctoral studies at the Van Vollenhoven Instituut voor Recht, Bestuur en Samenleving, Faculteit der Rechtsgeleerdheid, Universiteit Leiden.

Dr. (Cand) Kurnia Togar P. Tanjung, S.H., M.E.

Legal academics and practitioners with extensive experience in the fields of economic and business law.

He has been active as a Permanent Lecturer & Researcher at FHUI since 2017, and often acts as a legal expert for various private and government institutions such as KPPU, PT Jasa Raharja Persero, and Indonesia Financial Group (IFG). He is also a member of PERADI.

Farid Hanggawan

Miftah Farid Hanggawan, S.H., M.Si.

Advocate with more than 14 years of experience in providing legal consultations for government and non-government clients regarding state administrative law, drafting legislation, legal aspects in infrastructure development.

He has been involved in drafting various laws and regulations in various ministries/institutions and regional governments. Most recently, he was a legal consultant on the Indonesian Capital City development project.

In his capacity as a legal expert for a transnational development institution, he was involved in a green infrastructure development project, and as a member of the legal team on the President-elect’s assistance team, he was involved in formulating changes to legislative regulations in the field of state finance and state-owned enterprises.

He was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia and is currently a member of PERADI and the Association of Urban Legal Scholars (AULS).
